For chauffeur and airport transfer companies in Dubai

Bookings confirmed day and night, and pickups that move with the flight

An AI assistant answers on WhatsApp at any hour, quotes the ride by car class and takes the booking with its payment. Every airport pickup follows its flight, every job reaches the driver's phone, and the passenger has the driver's name, the car and its plate before he lands. Your website with booking, your app, your corporate accounts and their monthly invoices, run by one engineer you know by name.

Where a chauffeur company loses its rides

And what we set up for you, from the first month.

  1. The problem: A passenger writes at 1 am for a pickup at DXB at 6. Your office opens at 9. By then he has booked someone else, or taken a taxi at the airport.

What we do: The assistant answers in a minute with the price for each car class, takes the flight number and the drop-off, sends a payment link and confirms the booking.

  2. The problem: Flights land early, late or at another terminal. Someone checks them by hand, and the one he misses is a guest standing at arrivals with no driver.

What we do: Every airport pickup follows its flight. A delay or an early landing moves the pickup, the driver gets the new time in his app, and the passenger is told who is waiting for him.

  3. The problem: The day's jobs live in a WhatsApp group with the drivers. A change is lost in the scroll, two drivers go to the same hotel, and nobody goes to the other.

What we do: One dispatch board with every job, its time, its car and its driver. Each driver sees only his own jobs, and a change reaches his phone the moment it is made.

  4. The problem: “Where is my driver?” Your dispatcher answers that call all day, while new bookings wait on the other line.

What we do: The passenger gets the driver's name, the car and the plate before the pickup, then a message when the driver is on the way and another when he has arrived. The assistant answers the rest.

  5. The problem: Corporate clients book by email, by phone and on WhatsApp. At the end of the month someone spends two days matching rides to invoices, and the client questions the waiting time.

What we do: Every ride of a corporate account is filed with its booker, its passenger and the times the driver tapped. The monthly invoice is built from them, waiting time included, line by line.

  6. The problem: An events agency asks for ten cars for three days. The quote takes a day of calls to your drivers and your partner companies, and by then the agency has gone elsewhere.

What we do: The assistant takes the dates, the hours, the routes and the car classes, your team checks the board, and the quote goes out under your name the same day, with a payment link for the deposit once it is accepted.

How your week runs with us

Five moments every chauffeur company knows, step by step, as we set them up for you.

A booking at 01:40

A passenger writes on WhatsApp: he lands at DXB Terminal 3 at 06:15 and needs a car to Dubai Marina. Your office opens at 9.

  1. Within a minute the assistant answers with the price for a business sedan, an S-Class and a V-Class, meet and greet included.
  2. It asks for the flight number, the passengers and the bags, whether he needs a child seat, and the name for the sign.
  3. It sends a payment link. Once he pays, the job is on your dispatch board with the flight attached.
  4. Your dispatcher, or your rules, give the job to a driver, and the passenger gets the driver's name, the car and the plate.
  5. When the driver taps “arrived”, the passenger gets a message telling him where in the arrivals hall to find him.

What changesThe ride is booked and paid while your office sleeps, and nobody phones anybody at 5 am.

A flight lands late

A morning arrival is 80 minutes late, and the driver is already on his way to Terminal 3.

  1. The flight data shows the delay. The pickup moves on the board, and the driver gets the new time in his app.
  2. Your dispatcher sees the gap and can give the driver a short job in between, or keep him near the airport.
  3. The passenger is told that his driver will be waiting at arrivals with his name on the sign, whenever he lands.
  4. The free waiting starts at landing. If the passenger takes longer, the extra waiting is recorded from the driver's taps and charged by your rules.
  5. If he never comes out, the driver's “arrived” time and his photo at the meeting point stay on the job, and the no-show is charged by your rules.

What changesNo driver burns an hour at the airport, no guest walks into an empty arrivals hall, and every waiting charge has its times behind it.

A corporate account's week

An executive assistant books cars for four visiting directors: airport arrivals, meetings in DIFC, a dinner and their departures.

  1. She books in your corporate portal or simply on WhatsApp, and every ride is filed under her company's account.
  2. Each director gets his own driver's details on his own phone before every ride.
  3. Your dispatcher sees the whole week on the board and keeps the same driver with the same director where he can.
  4. A change she makes reaches the driver at once, and she sees the status of every ride without calling.
  5. At the end of the month her company gets one invoice with every ride, its passenger and its times, and the same invoice is in your accounting.

What changesYour corporate client books without phoning, and the month closes without two days of matching rides to invoices.

An exhibition week

An events agency needs ten cars for five days: arrivals at DXB and DWC, hotel runs to the exhibition and evening dinners.

  1. The assistant takes the dates, the guest list, the hours and the car classes, and your team checks the board for free cars and drivers.
  2. The quote goes out under your name the same day. When the agency accepts, a deposit link comes with the confirmation.
  3. The jobs appear on the board day by day, with the cars you take from partner companies alongside your own.
  4. Each guest gets his driver's details before every ride, and the agency follows every car in its portal.
  5. After the event the invoice lists every ride by guest and by day.

What changesYour busiest week runs from one board, not from forty phone calls.

The ride home

A guest you drove from the airport to his hotel flies home on Sunday.

  1. When the ride ends, the assistant thanks him and asks for a short review on Google.
  2. It asks whether he needs a car back to the airport, and books it with his departure flight.
  3. The evening before, he gets his pickup time, worked back from the flight, and his driver's details.
  4. If anything displeased him, it reaches you the same day, with the ride, the driver and the times attached.

What changesOne arrival becomes two rides, and you hear about a problem the day it happens, not from a review.

The person who answers

You get an engineer by name, not a ticket number. I read your messages on WhatsApp and I answer them myself.

I know what your business does, what we built last month and what is breaking. You never explain it twice.

And we meet first: a coffee anywhere in Dubai, half an hour, about your business — before you sign anything.

What chauffeur company owners ask us

Does it really follow the flights by itself?
Yes. Every airport pickup is linked to its flight number, and the flight's status comes from a flight data service. When the flight is early or late, the pickup moves, the driver gets the new time in his app, and your dispatcher sees it on the board.
Will the assistant quote a wrong price?
It quotes only from your price list: by car class, by area, by the hour with your minimum hours, and to the other emirates, with your rules for waiting, child seats and extra stops. Anything outside it, like a wedding fleet or a ten-day roadshow, goes to your team with the whole conversation.
Do my drivers have to learn a new system?
One app on the phone they already carry: their jobs, the passenger, the flight, the notes, and one tap each for “on the way”, “arrived” and “passenger on board”. Everything else stays on WhatsApp.
How do corporate clients book and pay?
In their own portal, on WhatsApp or by email, and every ride is filed under their account with the booker and the passenger. They get one invoice a month with every ride and its times, and it goes into your accounting system as well.
Who owns the data?
You do. Your content and your customers' data are yours, and we export them on request in standard formats.
Can I try it first?
Yes. You try it on your own business first, before you sign anything.
