FAQ

What does the monthly fee cover?
Building and running your website, a mobile app for your customers, a CRM and an AI Concierge that answers your customers on your site and in chat, all within the monthly fee; video on demand; the Concierge you order work through; and all technical operations — hosting, monitoring, backups, security updates, domains, app stores, incident response — and a quarterly business review. There is one plan and no tiers.
What exactly does the monthly fee buy?
A month of tokens, the unit every piece of work is measured in: they buy engineer hours, or videos in their place, and everything that keeps your systems running. Our engineers work with AI, so those hours go into deciding, building and checking, and your website, your app, your CRM and your AI Concierge are built and run within the monthly fee. Part of each month is the platform fee: hosting, monitoring, backups, app-store presence and unlimited use of the Concierge. The pricing page shows the month line by line, in tokens and hours.
What if I need more work than that?
More work comes in blocks of tokens, at the same rate as the plan, never more, and unused tokens carry into the following month, up to a limit. Any job of more than four hours waits for your yes, and we never start work beyond what your month covers without asking you first.
Do you negotiate the price?
No. The price is published and it is the same for every client. The only thing that changes what you pay is the referral credit — a published rule, not a negotiation.
How quickly do you answer?
The Concierge answers at once, at any hour: it logs what you asked and tells you what happens next. If your site, app or CRM is down, the on-call operator takes it within the hour at any time and we aim to restore within four. Everything else an operator picks up in business hours, within the time set for its size. Availability is 99.5% a month.
Can I try it before I pay?
Yes. Opening an account starts a free trial: your engineer, the Concierge and the whole service, with nothing asked — no card, no documents. When you decide to stay, you add your company's details, sign and pay; if you don't, there is nothing to pay and nothing to cancel.
Who owns the website, the app and the data?
Your domain is registered in your name. Your content and your customers' data are yours and are exported on request in standard formats. The platform itself stays ours.
Which company do I actually contract with?
NewGen International Inc., a US company in Miami, Florida, and your agreement is under Florida law. You see it on the Order Form before you sign, and the table at the bottom of this page is generated from our own register, so it is always current.
What happens if an invoice is late?
Interest of 1% a month from the day after the due date, then a written warning, then suspension seven days later — the site and app show a maintenance page and the Concierge answers billing questions only. The moment you pay, service is back within fifteen minutes and interest stops.
Can I talk to a person?
Always. You have a named operator, and the Concierge hands the conversation to them the moment you ask, or the moment it is out of its depth. It will tell you it is automated if you ask it.
